  • How do I book a room?

    We have reserved rooms for all guests. More details can be found on the Travel & Accommodation page.

  • Is there parking?

    Yes, there is ample parking at Borgo Laticastelli and Relais Casanova.

  • When is check-in / check-out?

    Guests may check in starting at 3:00 PM on Friday and are kindly asked to check out by 12:00 PM on Monday.

  • What are the breakfast hours?

    Breakfast will be served from 8:00-10:00 AM on Saturday and Monday, and from 9:00-11:00 AM on Sunday.

  • What are the pool hours at Laticastelli?

    The pool will be open from 3:30-6:30 PM on Friday, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM on Saturday, and 11:00 AM onwards on Sunday. During these hours, drinks are available for purchase at the pool bar.

  • Where can I get lunch on Saturday?

    Laticastelli’s restaurant will be open for lunch on Sunday for those who choose to stay on site. Orders will be taken at breakfast.

  • When do I need to show up for the ceremony?

    The bride & groom will have a first look in the Borgo at 5:30 PM — please make your way to the pool area before then for pre-ceremony drinks.

  • Can I take photos during the ceremony?

    We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow our photographers to capture the moment. We will be sure to share photos afterwards.

  • Are children welcome?

    While we love your children, this will be an adults-only weekend. We want all of our guests to relax and let loose!

  • Can I bring a +1?

    We are so excited to spend the weekend with our closest friends and family. Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation.

  • Will there be vegan / vegetarian / gluten-free options?

    Absolutely! Please be sure to note any dietary restrictions in your RSVP.

  • Will Fred be there?

    Unfortunately, Fred will not be able to make it. He will be celebrating in his bow tie from afar.
